Airport Advisory Commission

  • The Hagerstown Regional Airport has an opening on the Airport Advisory Commission. The Commission is an advisory commission that provides policy and operational advice to the Airport Director concerning the operation and development of the Airport. The Commission has regular meetings once a month or as required.

  • The Airport is an important economic development driver for the County and surrounding area both in terms of commercial and private aviation, as well the several aviation related businesses located on the airfield.

  • Members should have a broad knowledge of the community and business experience. Aviation and/or marketing background will be helpful.

Augustoberfest Charitable Foundation

  • Seeking energetic and ambitious individuals to serve as board members. Candidates should like to have fun but are hard working. These individuals will assist with sponsorship sourcing, volunteer sourcing, marketing/social media.

Brook Lane

  • Are you passionate about mental health? Do you want to be a part of a motivated group who is eager to serve our community? If both of those are a yes, then we’d love you to consider applying for the Brook Lane Foundation Board! The Brook Lane Foundation Board was recently reinstated and looking for more board member volunteers. Children In Need, Inc.

  • Seeking donations of the following items:

    • slightly used clothing (infant to size 2X)

      • We are always in need of boys clothes (size 4 to size 14).  We seem to get very few donations in these sizes and the items go fast!

    • shoes/boots (children’s - adult)

    •  NEW socks & NEW underwear 

    • School supplies

Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association

  • Seeking two board members that are motivated, dedicated, HCC/HJC Alumni who are willing to be hands on and to help our organization grow and prosper.  Board terms are three years in length and there are four regular meetings per year.

  • The HCC Alumni Association is one fundraising and friend raising arm of Hagerstown Community College.   We seek funds for projects for students, bricks and mortar, scholarships and more.  We have a 30 member board of directors who oversee the business of the Association and who votes to manage our funds.
