As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we invite you to help ensure LWC remains impactful, inclusive, and sustainable for generations to come. Your support expands access to our programs through scholarships, it opens doors for emerging leaders who may not otherwise be able to participate.

LWC conducted a survey of graduates in January 2026 and discovered:

• 80% report volunteering on a regular basis

• 70% report serving on a committee

• 75% serve on a nonprofit board of directors

• 68% took on a leadership role in their organization
